Set above Sydney Harbour, this Mosman residence features ADesignStudio lighting throughout, combining standard fittings, customised versions of existing designs and bespoke pieces created specifically for the home.

Fittings from the Lightgarden, Flatwhite, Alchemy, Roe, Eon Sans and Macchiato collections appear across the living, dining, kitchen, bedroom and circulation spaces, creating a consistent lighting language throughout the residence. A range of glass tints was selected to complement the material palette, with deep plum and softer pink tones drawing from the Calacatta Viola and Four Seasons marble used throughout the interiors.

The harbour setting also informed the overall lighting story. Handblown glass pendants in the main living spaces take on organic, sea-like forms, creating a subtle connection to the water views beyond. Set against Venetian plaster, natural stone and warm metal finishes, the fittings add softness, texture and gentle colour throughout the home.

In the kitchen, a fully custom linear pendant was designed specifically for the island, creating a strong sculptural element against the richly veined stone and brass detailing. Elsewhere, customised variations of existing fittings allow changes in scale, configuration, finish and glass colour to respond more closely to each space.

Together, the lighting feels integrated into the architecture — moving between sculptural statement pieces and quieter moments while remaining closely connected to the home’s materials, colour palette and waterfront setting.
