At Coogee Diggers, past and present drift together like morning mist meeting the sea.
In thoughtful collaboration with Curious Labs and Pony Design Co, we introduced custom sphere pendants above the main bar, simple, radiant forms that feel both familiar and fresh. Alongside them, the gentle curves of FlatWhite, the clean lines of Greenway A1, and the mellow depth of Macchiato create a rhythm that changes with the light.
Stepping inside, you’re met with echoes of the 1930s, a quiet nostalgia tucked into every corner. Yet the space breathes with modern energy, welcoming you into a mood that shifts as the day unfolds.
Our lighting design leans into this duality. Morning light moves softly across surfaces, while evening settles into warmth and shadow. It’s not just illumination, it’s atmosphere. It tells a story without needing to raise its voice.
