Our artisanal table lamps were designed for precisely this purpose, serving as flexible, tailored and ambient lighting solutions. Our Crackle Lamp T1 is a particularly exquisite design, handmade by talented local glassblowers in Sydney and Canberra. Its delicate, crackled glass shade is designed to conceal the light source and create the ethereal illusion of light floating inside the lamp. And with its soft, cosy glow and dimmable controls, Crackle Lamp T1 will encourage relaxation and tranquillity wherever it is placed. A blackened brass base and silk cord complete the refined, pared-back aesthetic.
We have also partnered with leading names in the Australian art and design world to design highly specialised and inventive table lamps. Created in collaboration with Australian designer Sarah Ellison, the ALCHEMY T1 LED Table Lamp evolved from our fascination with crackled glass. Its rounded, pebble-like shape comprises couplets of irregularly moulded domes and an alabaster fade, encased within a larger Clear, Sepia or Salmon shade and tethered to a contoured brass base. Richly textural and low-lying in form, it scatters dappled refractions upon any surface it inhabits.
Our minimalist Basel T1 LED Table Lamp Colour Special was designed in collaboration with Dina Broadhurst, and allows you to play with different light colour combinations to change a room’s atmosphere. “Light and colour have the ability to affect the mood of a space; we have the sunset edition in the office, and even on a rainy day the light gives me a sense of calm and relaxation,” says Alex Fitzpatrick, Founder and Creative Director of ADesignStudio.
